Changeover day:

Booking Notes:
Prices for renting the villa are per week in UK Pounds
for up to 12 persons. A 25% non refundable deposit is required on
booking. Full balance is required 8 weeks prior to
arrival, If booked less than 8 weeks prior full payment
is required at booking. A £100
breakage deposit to cover any
breakages or damages which will be fully
refundable on departure providing no damage or breakages
have occurred.
Changeover day is flexible. Arrival and
departure times are flexible. Please remember to bring
your own Sky TV viewing card. Pool Heater is £50 per week extra.

Payment Notes:
Payment can be made by Cheque, Postal Order, Bank
Transfer, or PayPal. An invoice will be sent for the
deposit and/or full/outstanding amount. Once either the
deposit or full amount has been received your booking
will be confirmed, your booking will not accepted if any
full or outstanding payment has not been received within
the given time frame. All deposits are non refundable.
